Jeff MacAdam, Founder & Managing Partner, has dedicated virtually his entire professional career to being a business broker and M&A intermediary. He is passionate about helping his clients and treats every business he represents as if it were his own.
Jeff is an active member of the M&A Source, the International Business Brokers Association (“IBBA”), and the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association. He holds the prestigious Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (“M&AMI”) certification from the M&A Source, which is the professional standard in lower middle market transactions. The M&AMI certification is granted to seasoned M&A professionals who have a robust educational background, proven accomplishments in completing deals, and a strong passion for their profession. Jeff is also a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”), the highly-regarded designation of the IBBA. The CBI designation is the mark of professionalism, commitment, and expertise in the business brokerage industry, and is awarded to select intermediaries after the successful completion of extensive education and testing. The Lifetime CBI designation has been awarded solely to an exclusive group of tenured CBIs. Additionally, both the M&A Source and the IBBA have recognized Jeff with numerous accolades for exceptional achievement as part of their annual awards programs.
Jeff is a graduate of Drexel University and St. Joe’s Prep high school. He currently resides in Chester County with his wife and kids.
